Course schedule Spring 2025 (DRAFT)

 

  • Lectures are on Tuesdays 14.15-16, Zoom, link can be found from the Moodle (under Lecture slides tab).
    • 07.01. (week 02) L01 start, course contents
    • 14.01. (week 03) L02 general matters, Sprint reviews, tools (MMT, kanban board, PRP)
    • 21.01. (week 04) L03 Project plan, Sprint 0 meeting, status queries at PRP
    • 11.02. (week 07) L04 mid-presentation matters, Test Plan, Project poster
    • 11.03. (week 11) L05 current/actual matters, Mid project presentations, part 1/2.
    • 18.03. (week 12) Mid project presentations, part 2/2.
    • 08.04. (week 15) L06 Test Report, Final Report, Final Presentations and course ending matters
    • Final presentations, Monday 28.04.2025 and Tuesday 29.04.2025. Exact time will be decided later.
  • Grouping no later than 20.01.2025.
  • Weekly reporting using Metrics Monitoring Tool (MMT), deadline is always Monday. First weekly report from week 04 must be submitted no later than 27.01.2025. Last weekly report must be submitted no later than 05.05.2025 (from week 18). Check guidelines for logging working hours and submitting weekly reports from the Moodle (under Tools tab).
  • Presentations
    • Mid project presentations, Tuesdays 11.03.2025 and 18.03.2025 (during two weeks; 11 and 12). Exact time will be decided later.
    • Final presentations, Monday 28.04.2025 and Tuesday 29.04.2025. Exact time will be decided later.
  • Moodle submissions deadlines:
    • Project plan 31.01.2025.
    • Test plan 14.03.2025. 
    • Mid presentation slides 19.03.2025.
    • Project poster (A4, pdf) 25.04.2025.
    • Final presentation slides 30.04.2025.
    • Test report 02.05.2025.
    • Final report 02.05.2025.
  • Peer feedback at PRP tool (link can be found from the Moodle).
    • Project status and peer feedback 1 latest by 07.02.2025.
    • Project status and peer feedback 2 latest by 07.03.2025.
    • Project status and peer feedback 3 latest by 07.04.2025.
    • Project status and peer feedback 4 latest by 09.05.2025.
  • Implementation of new features end at the end of week 15 (Sprint 5), the product should be ready at the end of week 17 (Quality Assurance Sprint ) and delivery to the customer by default during week 18.
