Check also Metrics Monitoring Tool&#8217;s<a href=\"https:\/\/metricsmonitoring.sis.uta.fi\/projects\/faq\"> FAQ<\/a> on weekly reporting.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"project-cd\"><\/a>Delivery package \/ project CD<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Update<\/strong>: Instead of a project CD, it is ok to deliver a zip-file (or give a link to version control repository) that contains all project material. It is not anymore necessary to deliver a physical media. Details can be agreed in the project plan.<\/p>\n<p>The project <em>CD \/ DVD \/ Blu-ray \/ Memory stick<\/em> should contain a README.txt file that lists the content of the CD and the locations of the files. Your project CD should contain all your documents and code.<\/p>\n<p>If the project&#8217;s documentation is in a wiki or in a version control repository, it is ok to burn the whole wiki to the CD. You should make sure that the links in the wiki are self-explanatory, easy to follow and understand.<\/p>\n<p>There should be at least the following documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>README.txt<\/li>\n<li>Project plan<\/li>\n<li>Requirements specification (or the corresponding product backlog, use cases and other documents related to requirements management)<\/li>\n<li>Test plan<\/li>\n<li>Design documentation, database diagrams<\/li>\n<li>Test report<\/li>\n<li>Final report<\/li>\n<li>Project poster<\/li>\n<li>Code<\/li>\n<li>Inspection \/ Review reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And possibly<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project&#8217;s usability plan<\/li>\n<li>UI specification<\/li>\n<li>Heuristic evaluation reports<\/li>\n<li>Usability test reports<\/li>\n<li>User guide<\/li>\n<li>Online help<\/li>\n<li>Installation guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Configuration files, makefile<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance document<\/li>\n<li>etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Compulsory deliverables Weekly reports written with the Metrics Management Tool.
